An award's ceremony will be post-race for everyone at the recreation center!
T-Shirts with the Tennessee State Park Logo will be given to each competitor that crosses the finishing line. Everyone is invited to participate even if you have never had a loved one on
Drinks and snack will also be provided post race.
Your contributions and participation is critical to our success of assisting hospice patients
and their family while their loved one is on end-of-life care. Assistance is given in
Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln and Moore County.

Individual tickets $35 ~ Family or Group up to five people $100.
Registrations will be accepted until the day of the race.
However, to be guaranteed a timed chipped race bib and t-shirt, register by Friday, October 12, 2018.

This is an easy to moderate out and back PAVED trail with a beautiful SCENIC wooded view of Tims Ford Lake.
The course starts at the recreation hall and continues to the bike bridge that crosses the lake.
Fruit, light snacks, coffee, and water will be available for all participants.
